Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Habit Stay K mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for users building streaks and visitors reading this page.
Information
Habit Stay K does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, health plan ID, or payment card for core keep-tracking tools.
Habit labels, streak counts, keep marks, and anchor memos you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared wording — welcome screens, sample streaks, or placeholder anchors — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic habit text, not your private keep log.
Photos
If you attach progress snaps or check-in images, Habit Stay K may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
Habit Stay K is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Streaks you keep in Habit Stay K remain under your control on your device. Reset habits in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat keep marks like a private tally sheet, not a public scoreboard.
Your Choices
Pause Habit Stay K whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a quieter offline streak pad where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as Habit Stay K evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
